what is your return and exchange policy?
because awgee pieces are handmade in small quantities from vintage and secondhand textiles, all sales are final. i’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit issues, or normal wear.

please read listings carefully, check measurements, and reach out with any questions before purchasing—i’m always happy to help you.

can i cancel my order?
yes. if you need to cancel, please email me with your order number at hello@awgee.com within 24 hours of placing your order. payment processing fees charged by third-party processors (shopify, credit cards, etc.) are often non-refundable, so your refund may be reduced by a small processing fee to cover those costs.

what if there is a problem with my order?
in the rare instance your item arrived with a significant issue, please email me at hello@awgee.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear pictures of the issue so I can help.
