where do you ship from and how long will it take?
your order is packed and shipped from long island, NY. most orders will ship next business day. during seasonal launches, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

i currently ship within the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska). please note that delivery times to HI and AK may be longer, and shipping rates may be higher than standard mainland rates. exact costs will be shown at checkout.

do you offer international shipping?
not at the moment, sorry. i currently only ship within the U.S., but hope to expand someday!

what if my package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but i didn’t receive it?
once your package is scanned in by the carrier, it’s in their hands. i see the same tracking information that you do and unfortunately can’t control delays, mis-scans, or theft. 

if your tracking says “delivered” but you don’t have it, i recommend:

- 1. waiting a couple of days to see if it shows up (sometimes packages are scanned early).

- 2. checking with neighbors, roommates, or building management.

- 3. contacting your local post office or carrier with your tracking number to start an investigation (i cannot do this for you)

AWGEE LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered by the carrier. i’m unable to offer refunds in those situations.

do you have any tips for a successful delivery?
yes! to help keep your order safe, i recommend:

- making sure your shipping address is correct and up to date at checkout

- choosing a shipping address where someone you trust is usually home

- shipping to a trusted neighbor, friend, or family member if your address is not secure

- if available in your area, using a secure pickup option like a parcel locker or carrier-held pickup

will my order require a signature for delivery?
for higher-value orders over $150, i may ship with signature confirmation required. this is to help protect both you and myself and to reduce the risk of theft or mis-delivery.

please make sure someone is available to sign at the shipping address you provide, or be prepared to pick up your package from your local post office or carrier location if they attempt delivery while you’re not home.

if a package is returned to me because it was not picked up or signed for, i can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

my shipping address was wrong—can you fix it?
if you notice an address error, email me at hello@awgee.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. if the order has not shipped yet, i can update it. if it’s already been shipped to the wrong address, i’m not able to refund or resend unless the package is returned in good condition (additional shipping charges may apply).
